When you book, we arrive on time, lay down protection, strip the old grout cleanly using M-class dust extraction, apply new grout (cement or epoxy depending on the tier you've chosen), and finish with a hot-water clean. Most jobs are done in a single visit.
We use Mapei products — the same grout and silicone used by professional tilers across Australia. Mapei Kerapoxy epoxy grout for the Silver and Gold tiers, Mapesil AC anti-mould silicone in wet-area corners, and Mapei Ultracolor Plus cement grout for the Bronze tier. Same materials, regardless of which tier you choose.
