Every joint is stripped back to bare surface, cleaned, and resealed with a neat, tooled bead in the right sanitary silicone for a wet area. Photos to us today, fixed price back the same day, and most bookings done in a single visit across Melbourne's Bayside and south-east suburbs.

Already booking a regrout? Silicone is included on every regrouting package, and extra joints elsewhere in the house are added at a simple per-metre rate on the same visit — the cheapest way to get the whole house done.
A silicone bead is only as good as the joint underneath it. This is the sequence on every job:
Silicone seals the movement joints on the surface of your shower or benchtop. It does not replace the waterproofing membrane under the tiles. If your assessment shows water getting through the membrane or from plumbing, new silicone won't solve it — we'll say so, and point you to a licensed waterproofer or plumber rather than sell you a bead that can't fix the problem. Cracked tiles and surface mould regrowth on silicone are cosmetic and outside the warranty, and we'll tell you that before we start, not after.
Fresh caulking on a finished, empty house is a different job to a strip-out in an occupied bathroom — and it's priced that way. Clean per-metre rates, Mapei materials, one accountable business, 7-day trade terms.
